Department of Biology Resources
- The Biology Microcomputer Lab:
- Services the computing needs of biology students, staff, and faculty.

- The Biology Stockroom:
- The stockroom houses supplies and equipment for both the teaching
and administrative functions within the Department of Biology.

- The Bio-Optics Lab:

The Bio-Optics lab provides technical support for confocal microscopy,
widefield light microscopy, photomicrography, digital image processing & printing, and general photography.
Transgenic Mouse Facility:

Since its opening in 2004, the TMF has produced more than 2500 mice, representing 7 re-derived lines and 13 new lines.
- Zebrafish Facility
- The Zebrafish Facility at the University of Oregon Institute
of Neuroscience in Eugene houses 50,000 zebrafish (Danio rerio).

- Zfin:
- Zebrafish Research Databases provided as a service to the zebrafish
research community by the Institute
of Neuroscience.
