Pacific Dogwood

  • Overall appearance:

    The Pacific Dogwood can grow up to 60 feet tall however they tend to be a lot smaller than that. The bark on these trees is grey and smooth.














  • Leaf arrangement:

    The leaves of the Pacific Dogwood are simple and oppositely arranged. Also note that the buds have green valvate scales (not shown in photograph).






  • Leaf veination:

    The Pacific Dogwood leaves have arcuate veination.
