Castenholz recognized by American Society for Microbiology

Richard Castenholz, professor emeritus of biology at the University of Oregon, has been named the 2009 laureate of the USFCC/J. Roger Porter Award given annually by the American Society for Microbiology. He will receive the award in May when he delivers the Roger Porter Award Lecture at the annual ASM meetings in Philadelphia.
